The deposit is fully refundable provided the reservation is canceled <strong>at least 48 hours before<\/strong> the start of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To secure a <strong>valid reservation<\/strong>, the deposit must be received <strong>no later than 18 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled tour or course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We accept payments via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>WISE.com payment gateway<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EU or US bank transfer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In exceptional cases, <strong>cash payment on site<\/strong> may be accepted, provided it is made <strong>at least 18 hours prior<\/strong> to the tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Early Booking Rate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The early booking rate applies to guests who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete their reservation and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pay the required deposit <strong>at least 14 days before<\/strong> the start of the dive trip or dive course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>remaining balance<\/strong> for the diving program is due <strong>on the first day<\/strong> of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Advance Reservations Without Deposit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Guests who make an online advance booking <strong>without paying a deposit<\/strong> must arrange payment of a <strong>2,500 THB deposit per person, per day<\/strong>, no later than <strong>18 hours before<\/strong> the program begins. The remaining balance is payable on the first day of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dive Destinations &amp; Weather Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dive destination schedules are <strong>subject to change without prior notice<\/strong> due to weather conditions and safety considerations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If Bophut Diving Center anticipates in advance that weather conditions may prevent access to the scheduled dive destination, guests will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to <strong>reschedule the dive<\/strong> or <strong>cancel for a full refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bophut Diving Center can not be held responsible for <strong>unforeseen adverse weather conditions<\/strong>, including rough seas or reduced visibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waiver of Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All divers are required to <strong>read, complete, and sign<\/strong> a <em>Travel and Excursions Liability Release and Assumption of Risk<\/em> agreement before any diving services are provided. Guests are encouraged to review this agreement with legal counsel or family members prior to booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional waivers may be required for divers participating in training programs, in accordance with <strong>PADI or IFDI<\/strong> course requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diver Certification &amp; Equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Only <strong>certified divers<\/strong> may participate in scuba diving activities, unless enrolled in a recognized training program and under the direct supervision of a certified instructor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All divers accept <strong>full responsibility<\/strong> for their own actions and equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divers may use their own equipment or rent equipment from Bophut Diving Center. Regardless of ownership, all divers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inspect their equipment before every dive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure proper functioning of all gear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a dive plan that accounts for potential in-water equipment failure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Divers acknowledge that all equipment is subject to failure and must be prepared to respond appropriately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibility &amp; Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bophut Diving Center, including its officers, employees, agents, and contractors, shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, omission, irregularity, or non-performance related to these services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guests understand and accept all risks associated with activities including, but not limited to, <strong>scuba diving, snorkeling, boating, swimming, air travel, and ground transportation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsafe, illegal, or irresponsible behavior will <strong>not be tolerated<\/strong>, as it endangers fellow divers and the wider diving community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transfers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hotel pickup and drop-off services are available at an additional cost:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>300 THB per day<\/strong> (round trip) for areas including <strong>Bophut, Bang Rak, Choeng Mon, and Chaweng<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>600\u2013900 THB per day per group<\/strong> (not per person) for <strong>Mae Nam, Bang Por, Nathon, Baan Taling Ngam, Thong Krut, Bang Kao, and Hua Thanon<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lost or Damaged Equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Any equipment that is <strong>lost or damaged due to improper or irresponsible use<\/strong> by a guest will be charged at the <strong>wholesale replacement cost<\/strong> of the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Full Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>full refund<\/strong> will be provided in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The guest cancels more than <strong>48 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled start of the dive trip or course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The dive trip or course is cancelled by <strong>Bophut Diving Center<\/strong> due to weather conditions (as outlined below) or for any other reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Weather Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If weather conditions on the day of your dive trip or during the open water dives of a course prevent a <strong>safe and enjoyable experience<\/strong>, you will be informed of the cancellation or offered the option to reschedule for another day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that <strong>light rain without strong winds or large waves<\/strong> does not affect diving safety or enjoyment, and therefore dive trips will <strong>not<\/strong> be cancelled under these conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will <strong>not<\/strong> be issued in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The guest does not arrive at the scheduled start time of the dive trip or course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The guest cancels within <strong>48 hours or less<\/strong> prior to the scheduled start of the program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diving Course Refunds (Unused Portions)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For <strong>multi-day diving courses<\/strong>, guests may cancel without penalty at the end of any course day. A full refund will be issued for the <strong>unused portion<\/strong> of the course that has not yet been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Final Notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The guidelines above represent a <strong>worst-case scenario<\/strong>. Bophut Diving Center will always make every reasonable effort to minimize cancellation or amendment costs.
