Responsibility & Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Bophut Diving, including its officers, employees, agents, and contractors, shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, omission, irregularity, or non-performance related to these services.
Guests understand and accept all risks associated with activities including, but not limited to, scuba diving, snorkeling, boating, swimming, air travel, and ground transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unsafe, illegal, or irresponsible behavior will not be tolerated, as it endangers fellow divers and the wider diving community.
For safety reasons, sitting in the front section of the speedboat is not allowed. This area can be dangerous due to strong up-and-down motion when the boat is traveling over waves.
If you choose to sit there despite this rule, Bophut Diving cannot accept responsibility for any injuries. Please note that our insurance does not cover incidents resulting from failure to follow this safety guideline.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nTransfers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Hotel pickup and drop-off services are available at an additional cost:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- 300 THB per day (round trip) per day from areas including Bophut, Bang Rak, Choeng Mon, and Chaweng<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 600 THB per day from areas like Lamai or Mae Nam<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 900 THB per day per for Bang Por, Nathon, Baan Taling Ngam, Thong Krut, Bang Kao, and Hua Thanon<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
We will include Transfer fees for courses for groups of 3 or more persons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lost or Damaged Equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Any equipment that is lost or damaged due to improper or irresponsible use<\/strong> by a guest will be charged at the wholesale replacement cost<\/strong> of the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\nFull Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
A full refund<\/strong> will be provided in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- The guest cancels more than 48 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled start of the dive trip or course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The dive trip or course is cancelled by Bophut Diving <\/strong>due to weather conditions (as outlined below) or for any other reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Weather Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
If weather conditions on the day of your dive trip or during the open water dives of a course prevent a safe and enjoyable experience, you will be informed of the cancellation or offered the option to reschedule for another day.
Please note that light rain without strong winds or large waves does not affect diving safety or enjoyment, and therefore dive trips will not be cancelled under these conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Refunds will not<\/strong> be issued in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- The guest does not arrive at the scheduled start time of the dive trip or course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The guest cancels within 48 hours or less<\/strong> prior to the scheduled start of the program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Diving Course Refunds (Unused Portions)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
For multi-day diving courses<\/strong>, guests may cancel without penalty at the end of any course day. A full refund will be issued for the unused portion<\/strong> of the course that has not yet been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\nFinal Notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The guidelines above represent a worst-case scenario<\/strong>. Bophut Diving will always make every reasonable effort to minimize cancellation or amendment costs.
