Open Water Diver itinerary aboard the Speedboat<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

We strongly recommend starting your Open Water Diver \/ 20 meter Diver Referral course on Monday, Thursday or Sunday. This fits the boat\u2019s schedule. We go out for easy dives around Koh Tao and then continue with more exciting dives at Sail Rock.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1st day of the OWD course<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • 8:00 \u2013 8:30 am (depending on the hotel\u2019s location) Pickup from your hotel lobby.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 8:40 am Arrival at the pier and scuba diving equipment preparations with your instructor<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 9:00 am Speedboat departs to Koh Tao on the way detailed pre-dive briefing by your instructor<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 10:30 am Arrival to Koh Tao. Your first dive of the day consists mostly of performance of scuba skills already learned in the pool<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 11:30 am First dive is done, the boat moves on to the second dive site at Koh Tao.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 12:00 am Lunch is served on board. Detailed pre-dive briefing by your instructor<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1:00 pm Preparations for your second dive of the day with the help of your instructor. Beginning of your second dive at Koh Tao, performance of the final scuba skills and enjoying a tour of the reef while diving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 2:30 pm Your second dive for the day is done and the speedboat is heading back to Samui<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 4:00 pm Arrival at the pier and transfer back to your hotel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2nd day of the OWD course<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • 12:30 am Preparations for your second dive of the day with the help of your instructor. Beginning of your second dive at Sail Rock, performance of the final scuba skills and enjoying a tour of the reef while diving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 2:00 pm Your second dive for the day is done and the speedboat is heading back to Samui<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      Groups of maximal 4 divers per 1 instructor. Minimum 4 dives from the boat.
      All our courses are with E-learning materials for self-study<\/em> \u2013 you will gain access after deposit payment is done.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
